🔐 Revamped Permissions & Roles

We completely revamped permissions to give organizations more control over what people can see and do, while making role management more flexible.

NEW to Permissions:

• Permissions are now organized at the organization level
• Permissions are divided into Visibility, Actions, and Advanced settings
• Each role has its own configurable set of permissions and capabilities
• New “Owner” role is added which has full capabilities
• Owners can create custom roles tailored to their organization’s needs
• Custom roles can be assigned to both new and existing users
• Organizations can better control access to the content and capabilities people work with

📊 Closed-Ended Questions in Studies

Studies now support closed-ended questions, making it easier to collect structured feedback while still uncovering the reasoning behind people’s choices.

NEW to Studies:

• Add multiple choice questions where respondents can select one or multiple options
• Add sorting & priority questions where respondents rank options based on importance
• Enable AI-powered follow-up questions for closed-ended responses
